We are seeking a talented Website Designer with expertise in converting PSD designs into HTML and developing WordPress themes. As a Website Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites from scratch, that meet our clients' requirements. Your primary focus will be on creating design mockups and converting into high-quality HTML/CSS code and integrating them into WordPress.

Responsibilities:

• Develop pixel-perfect, responsive HTML/CSS code from PSD designs, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimization for fast page loading.
• Convert HTML/CSS code into functional WordPress themes, utilizing custom themes or existing frameworks.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of design concepts and functionality.
• Implement best practices in website design, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) to create visually stunning and intuitive websites.
• Utilize your proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create and modify design assets as needed.
• Create visually appealing static web pages, landing pages, and email templates utilizing HTML, CSS, and graphic design software.
• Ensure consistency and brand adherence across all design elements and web assets.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the developed websites.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design standards to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Website Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of past projects.
• Proficiency in converting PSD designs into clean, well-structured HTML/CSS code.
• Experience in developing WordPress themes and plugins, with a deep understanding of WordPress best practices and coding standards.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and other related technologies.
• Advanced skills in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch and Figma.
• Strong understanding of static webpage design, layout, and typography.
• Experience in creating visually appealing email templates.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
