Back Office Executive & Customer Support
We’re hiring a Back Office Executive & Customer Support Specialist to join our esteemed client’s team. This role involves managing the backend support system for a reward application and delivering exceptional customer support via email, WhatsApp, and telephone.
Responsibilities:
- Manage backend support for the reward application, ensuring smooth operation and timely issue resolution.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer support via email, WhatsApp, and telephone, addressing inquiries and guiding customers through the redemption process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Generate and analyze MIS reports to track performance indicators and identify trends in customer behavior.
- Assist customers with app installation, account setup, and redemption process, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer support experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a back office or support desk environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with reward or loyalty programs is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and design preferred.
Salary:
- Salary range: INR 9,000 – 16,000 per month.
