Position: UI/UX Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented and versatile UI/UX Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This role combines the creativity of modern UI/UX design with the technical proficiency of full-stack development, enabling the creation of seamless and engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate should be skilled in UI/UX design principles and full-stack development tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design

• Design modern, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms using tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Photoshop.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Develop visually appealing and responsive HTML designs using frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.

Full Stack Development

• Convert UI/UX designs into functional front-end applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end libraries/frameworks (e.g., React.js or Vue.js).
• Integrate back-end services, ensuring smooth communication between the user interface and server-side functionalities.
• Work with databases and server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, MySQL, or MongoDB) to support dynamic content and user interactions.

Collaboration & Iteration

• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and developers to gather requirements and refine designs based on feedback.
• Partner with back-end developers to implement features and ensure design consistency throughout the development process.
• Continuously ideate and implement creative solutions to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

• UI/UX Design Expertise: Strong proficiency with tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Photoshop and a solid understanding of design principles (color theory, typography, etc.).
• Front-End Development: Experience with responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS) and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Full-Stack Knowledge: Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, and database systems like MySQL or MongoDB.
• WordPress: A basic understanding of WordPress is a plus but not mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas, collaborate effectively, and adapt to client needs.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to delivering high-quality, polished designs and code.
• Time Management: Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
