Job Description for Senior Ui/UX Designer:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong foundation in modern and intuitive web design. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in UI/UX design, with proficiency in creating user-centered designs using tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Figma. A basic understanding of WordPress is preferred and will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Modern Web Design: Develop contemporary, clean, and intuitive UI/UX designs that enhance the user experience across web and mobile platforms using tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Figma.
2. Wireframe & Prototyping: Create detailed wireframes and prototypes that align with the latest web design trends and best practices, focusing on user-centered design principles.
3. Responsive HTML Conversion: Convert wireframes and mockups into responsive Bootstrap or Tailwind HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code, ensuring seamless functionality and visual consistency across devices.
4. Creative Banners: Design engaging and visually compelling banners for websites, social media, and other digital platforms that align with the overall design aesthetic.
5. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements and iterate on designs based on feedback, ensuring client satisfaction.
6. WordPress Knowledge: While not mandatory, a basic understanding of WordPress will be a plus, enabling you to contribute to website development projects that involve WordPress.
7. Creative Ideation: Continuously explore and propose innovative design concepts that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
8. Team Collaboration: Partner with developers to ensure that design concepts are flawlessly executed, maintaining the integrity of the design through to final delivery.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX design with a focus on modern, intuitive, and responsive web design.
2. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, Figma, and knowledge of Bootstrap/Tailwind, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation.
3. A basic understanding of WordPress is preferred and considered an asset.
4. Strong creative skills with a solid understanding of color theory, typography, and modern design principles.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
