Key Responsibilities:
Telecalling & Lead Generation
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, explaining IT products and services in a clear and engaging manner.
Identify and generate leads through follow-ups, referrals, and databases.
Schedule appointments for in-depth discussions or product demos with sales managers.
Customer Engagement & Sales
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients, addressing queries and concerns effectively.
Convert leads into sales by offering tailored solutions based on client needs.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, including calls, emails, and sales progress, in the CRM system.
Provide administrative support for sales operations, such as preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating with other departments.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in IT Sales: Proven track record in telecalling, lead generation, or direct sales in the IT industry.
Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali (Hindi is a plus).
Customer-Centric Approach: Strong ability to handle customer inquiries and deliver exceptional service.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT services and solutions, with the ability to learn and communicate technical concepts effectively.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM systems.
