Location: Mani Casadona, Kolkata (Partial WFH option may be considered based on management’s discretion)

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in Telecalling or Telesales, preferably in the IT segment.

TimD is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Telecaller/Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in handling both inbound and outbound calls to drive client engagement and sales for IT services and solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound and Outbound Calling: Handle incoming inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients to promote IT services and products.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • Sales Closure: Follow up on leads, address client concerns, and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in B2B or IT sales is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (knowledge of Hindi and Bengali is a bonus).
  • Basic understanding of IT services, products, and industry trends.
  • Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls confidently and professionally.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
